The reason this shop exists

90s Japanese legends

R'S BIKES repairs 1990s Japanese motorcycles in Singapore: Honda NSR250, CBR Fireblade, RVF400, CB400 Super Four and their contemporaries. Two-stroke rebuilds, carburettor work, electrical faults, parts sourcing. Bring the bike to Synergy@KB in Kaki Bukit, or WhatsApp 9221 4224 with photos first.

Why us

Most workshops stopped. We didn't.

There's a generation of Japanese bikes that made everyone fall in love with motorcycles, and most of Singapore's workshops have quietly stopped working on them. Parts are hard to source. Carburettors take patience nobody bills for. Two-strokes need someone who actually grew up with them.

We kept at it. Ah Huat has been elbow-deep in these engines for decades, and the shop runs proper diagnostic equipment alongside the old-school tools, so your 2024 scooter and your 1994 NSR get equally correct treatment.

What we handle

The work

  • Two-stroke engine rebuilds and top-end work
  • Carburettor cleaning, tuning and synchronisation
  • Electrical faults: stators, CDIs, wiring gremlins
  • Cooling system and radiator work
  • Sourcing discontinued and hard-to-find parts
  • Pre-purchase checks before you buy someone's "well-maintained" classic
How pricing works

Quoted, not guessed

No two 30-year-old bikes arrive in the same condition, so we don't publish flat rates for legend work. We look at the bike, tell you what it needs now versus what can wait, and quote before we start. If a part has to come from Japan, we tell you the lead time up front.
