Scooter servicing & overhaul

A full service for a Yamaha NMAX or Aerox costs $98 at R'S BIKES in Kaki Bukit, Singapore — nine service items, all original parts. XMAX 250 and 300 full service is $158. We also handle engine overhauls and stator-coil diagnostics. Walk-ins welcome Monday to Saturday, 11am–8pm, or WhatsApp 9221 4224 to book a slot.

Same price whether you ride in or book ahead. If we find something extra during the service, we call you before touching it, so nothing extra appears on the bill when you collect the bike.

Models we service daily: NMAX, Aerox, XMAX, ADV, PCX, Vario. Riding something else with a CVT? Just ask.

What you get

The 9-item full service

This is a proper service, not an oil change with a sticker. Every NMAX/Aerox full service covers nine items (XMAX 250/300 adds a genuine oil filter for ten):

  • CVT drive belt
  • U-clips / sliders
  • Roller weights
  • Air filter
  • CVT filter
  • Motul engine oil (Scooter Expert 10W-40)
  • Yamalube gear oil
  • NGK Yamaha spark plug
  • CVT & pulley clean and grease — Hi-Temp blue grease, cleaned with Motul parts cleaner, not petrol
  • XMAX only: genuine oil filter (not local)

We clean your CVT components with Motul parts cleaner, not petrol — most shops don't.

Checked and quoted separately

Not part of the core service, but we'll inspect and quote these if you want them done:

  • Brake pads and brake fluid
  • Coolant level and condition
  • Battery and charging system
  • Full chassis check: tyres, bearings, suspension, lights

Anything that fails inspection, we show you the worn part and quote before replacing it.

Delivery riders

Your bike is your income. We get it.

A good number of our regulars ride for Grab, foodpanda and Lalamove. Downtime costs you money, so we prioritise quick turnaround on delivery bikes, and we'll tell you straight if a repair can wait until your off day. If the bike has to stay overnight, ask about a rental to keep you earning.
